Spud and Sugar
Spud and Sugar are doing great! They both got brushed today–Spud puts up with the brushing because he knows I will always do it, while Sugar’s eyes close when I brush her. Spud and Sugar have a lot of differences. They may both be basset hounds, the same age, and came from the same breeder, but as far as their personalities go, they’re almost as different as day and night. Sugar loves being picked up, while Spud almost never likes it.
Snails
Sadly, all of my aquatic snails except one have died. The remaining snail seems happy–how can it be sad when there’s an abundance of lettuce and other tasty veggies around for it to eat.
Pet Care Tip of the Day:
If you have a pet rabbit, make sure it has something to chew (hopefully not your furniture!) like a chew stick because rabbit’s teeth grow continuously, and chewing keeps their teeth a healthy length. Chew sticks can be found at your local pet store.
